I just recently got a dedicated server, it came setup wrong and had CentOS. I had setup gamecreate and messed with it to see if it was what I wanted and it worked fine. So I decided I would use gamecreate once I had my system reconfigured. When I did I had them install the latest debian. Now I can't get the damn client to authenticate despite using the proper domain login and password.


This is what I get ( I cut out my login obviously)

Now I had noticed that it was reporting the local ip so I set the ip in the .ini which just gave me this...

Nothing changed it was the same thing. I don't get it.....



(P.s you guys might wanna update your source files for GTA San Andreas Multiplayer they are on version 0.3a R8 and you guys have 0.3a R4, there was a lot of bug fixes including a dos exploit.)

Any one? I would really like to use gamecreate......I guess no one watches these forums?

Are you absolutely 100% certain you are using the same username/password as before? No typos?

Are you absolutely 100% certain you haven't at some point added the host to another GameCreate domain?

Are you absolutely 100% certain you haven't ever used another GameCreate domain than the one you are currently trying to log in to?

Are you absolutely 100% certain the IP is correct?

That's all I can think of...

[EDIT] Just got it working thanks for the help thread can be closed.

Well mine was simple, I had to make sure I had the IP address binded in the gamecreate.ini once that was done just make sure I had the proper login info it worked after that.

0815.SpokY in your gamecreate.ini put at the top without the quote marks.
"ip SERVERIP"
