I run a Trackmania Nations Forever server on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise machine that a US based friend hosts for me on their home connection (I am in the UK)

I have forwarded the relevent ports on his router, and I can connect to the server myself with no problems. Perhaps the only difference between us is that I am running United Forever, and he is running Nations Forever. The server is configured to run as a Nations Forever server, purely so it can be used by poeple that have not purchased United Forever.

He tells me that when he attempts to connect, he is asked for a password. I have checked the configuration via my account here, and there is no password set that would restrict connections.

Looking through the failiure reports, I can see several failiures (his internet connection is sometimes patchy), but at the moment, it reports the server as being online, and I can connect with no problems.
