Thanks for that answer, but i dont know how to name the file
and make it working with that server.

The Problem is that i dont know in what form the list must be wirten.

how can i create a banlist where i can permaban all bad asses?

i cant get this Files working ingame (left4dead)

i entered in the "Banner File" the following Text:
