When i scan port's on internet then some ports are opened some not.

Some ports respond some not.

90.191.238.xxx is responding on port 80 (http).
90.191.238.xxx is responding on port 3389 (ms-wb ...

Now is some port issue when i want start server without gamecreate. From router is port opened.

How is the easy way to install a counter strike server with all mods. I installed but hlguard doesn't work Sad

Even hlguard folder isn't in /addons folder.
