it was a short period it seems to be fixed now I wonder why it works now??? Do you know why?

Hi I setup a call of duty 4 server and it just keeps restarting over and over again and it just keeps opening tons of call of duty 4 server windows heres my latest log entries

I stay connected for a little bit then it disconnects and gives me errors and sends me emails saying that my host has been disconnected
So if you could please tell me what is happening thanks
