thanks for the follow up, it's working fine !
I have installed the first server and I'm currently shuffling around to see how to manage it edit arameters and so on...

It looks like a reboot solved the connectivity problem!!

If somebody can confirm that a reboot after altering the IPTABLES is necessary than it was the root cause of the problem!!
