You are shure that this is the full command that was executed by GC?
Normally the commandline looks like this:
/absolute/path/to/game/hlds_run -params...
the file hlds_run is not in one of the gl ... |

Can you post the comment you used?
Is the file that is executed by the command named 'hlds_run'?
If yes, have you checked that this file exists in the game's directory? |

Did you open the required ports on your server?
Perhaps your firewall still blocks the server.
If you did so, try the following steps:
Stop the server via gamecreate interface
Stop the GC client ... |

The problem is that there is always a space added between the defined execution path and the parameters I can define for the command line.

There are some games in the list where no files for linux server are availible.
Or maybe there are just no server files on GCs content server.
I think they have a focus to windows servers.
