Hi I am unable to get COD2 running, well it says running but nothing is,

domain name multihosting server ip 83.142.229.160:28960, its a new box

Did you try booting the server manually to see if you need any extra libraries?

The 'Server crashed?' message means the server was found to not be running at all (the process itself).

Start the server manually via the command prompt on the host itself and see what happens (ie, maybe an error will appear as to why it shuts down straight away).

Never installed it on Linux yet Wink

just know that's a general problem with running a server on Linux, is that it can need libraries.

running fine but they dont show up in gamespy but they do in All seeing eye, strange.

I heard they were having problems with getting it to show up on gamespy due to the query port or something...not sure.
