What can I do to troubleshoot this? I even completely turned off the firewall on my linux server. Trying to play ET, it said that it connected, but spent the next 10 minutes 'downloading' the same files over and over again to my PC. Battlefield 2 just simply doesn't connect at all.

Where do I start?

Our ET install contains ET Pro (this may be what your downloading).

As for BF2, im not sure, your host appears to be offline so im unable to try and start the server from it and troubleshoot for you. Can you put your host back on GameCreate by running the client again?
