hi i have a error when i try to connect on my dedicated server to gamecreate

I'm sorry to say so but i think your problem is network related and not a problem with GC masters servers.

I use the same master servers as you and they have been working solid for months now.

Check your router/firewall isn't blocking the communication.
Check with your ISP isn't blocking the communication.

Do a simple ping test to see if you can reach the master servers
Do a traceroute to check for network bottlenecks.

Thats a very complicated question to answer.

Have you done the ping and traceroute tests?
Can your box reach the masterserver (i.e. ping it)?
Have you talked with ovh (your isp i presume) and asked them if theiy are blocking the ports that gamecreate uses?

Hi,

You need to ensure you can connect to port 1224 on the master address.

You should seek help from a Linux professional (or google!) in order to do this, as I do not know off hand what you would need to do.
