i have installed with gamecreate Hl2 counterstrike source and installed an Gameserver für counterstrike source but i cant join to the server its a failed material .

in my console i have found that:

The whitelist will be

cstrike/pure_server_whitelist.txt

the line you would want is

materials\particle\particle_smokegrenade1.vmt allow_from_disk

That should fix your problem until it gets sorted out.

who is my host and Port from the FTP account?

in my FTP program "Filezilla" i cant connect to my FTP thats the error:

I've tested a few FTP clients (including Filezilla) and it logs in fine. You need to make sure you're using passive mode.

Generally you'd get that issue with an incorrect pass, or not having correct FTP permissions set up.

i have testet with filezilla to login in my account with passive mod but the problem comes again :/ . Im Shure thats my Passwort are not wrong my Filezilla settings are standart and i can connect to all FTP´s (webserver , gameserver from my freind) but not in gamecreate account .

Have you tried any other FTP clients to see if they work? or the link that should be at the top of a server's files page?

i have testet to login with the Username "Max" but its dont work its the some problem with the passwort

the host and username is work but dont the passwort why???? i wrote the passwort from my gamepanel account its right? or must i create a new passwort in my gamecreate settings? and i have registrered a new user on my gamepanel account and i login with the new user but its the some problem with the passwort i dont now what is the problem can the problem is becouse i have a FTP server on my Windows server or thats can that not the problem as?

You should use the same username and password for the FTP service as the
one you are using for the Gamecreate control pages. Please make sure you
are using "Max" as username and that the password is correctly entered.

Please note that most FTP servers, including this one, will say "username ok"
after any username, so it does not necessarily mean that the username was
accepted as an existing user. This can be confusing if you are not aware of it.

ok thanks i have uninstall the FTP server and i can login with the gamecreate username and passwort it works but i have a new problem i cant find this path

this file dosnt exists

who can i fix this problem with the granade.vmf ??

when i not fix this problem cant anywhere join to my server

You have uninstalled the FTP server? That doesn't make any sense - Gamecreate
comes with its own FTP server included, which runs on port 2121. But hey,
as long as it finally works for you

Create the file if it doesn't exist. But how to config your gameserver is really
not a Gamecreate-related question. If you can't figure out how to use the
whitelist-file after some trial and error, I suggest you join the HLDS mailing
list and ask there.

and i have kopie and paste this line:

I've never created a whitelist for CSS, so I am afraid I can't help you with that.
Given a bit of luck, someone else at these forums may be able to help, but I'd
join the HLDS list if I were you and ask there.
