I am having a error (.dll error) it cannot be loaded or found , I have reinstalled TF2 Server loads of times , non are working , deleted the server and created news ones , no luck

Can you be a bit more specific about what file/s aren't there, and the GameCreate console output when you start the server, as well as the game server's console output?

I believe the hl2 folder is being placed outside the orangebox folder, where the srcds is. I copied the hl2 folder from a fresh webinterface install and it started up, though with like 300 missing object errors. Valve has just released so much garbled patches.
