Right after GC updated all my servers, I believe they pushed out another small update.
I got an email saying this.


yes Valve added another update after the initial DLC/patch should change to version 15. Here is what I got from the hlds email.



An update for Left 4 Dead is now available. Please run hldsupdatetool to receive it. The specific changes include:

- Fixed an incorrect DLL for windows dedicated servers
- Corrected players not receiving the Lighthouse achievement
- Added missing Survival only sounds
- Fixed issue with awarding medal achievements
- Corrected ghost icons appearing survival scoreboard

The GameCreate L4D package should have been updated within about half an hour of this second update coming out.
