Try running the GC client from a windows account that has admin privileges rather than just running the GC client as admin and let us know how it goes. |

Yes Steve is right.
Either run GameCreate as administrator, or (the better option!) is to just grant the user access to the Windows Performance Counters. |

Thanks for the replay.
GameCreat Startet as Admin >>CHECK<<
this mean that GC allready start with admin rights ,...
Where can i check if the user admin have this rights (if an admin dont have this right ,..)?
kindly regards |

We have many server with GameCreate.
I think its a problem with the systemlanguage.
We have run a few machines with win2003 x86/x64 english and with win2008/win2003/win2003R2 x86/x64 german.
All german servers could'nt retrieve the performance counters, but all english systems can retrieve it without any problems... |

GC only supports English currently, and the performance counters are referenced in English, so this is likely to cause problems. |

You can try to change the location in language preferences or try to install install a MUI and change the systemlanguage to english.
I think you can edit or reroute the WMI variables... but... try to look in dev. manuals or the msdn.
Which OS did you run on the machine? |
