Ahh yes, it was quite obviously an awkward time for the team to resolve this issue - but all is good now and hope it stays that way!

Apologies for these problems; we're aware they are happening every now and then.

We are definitely not wanting GameCreate to have these problems in EU/US (the hardware they are on is quite powerful), and these problems are monitored.

I've passed on this feedback to our operations team to help identify what's wrong.
