when I start the client on my linux server this is what I get:

It sounds like you are blocking the connection GameCreate Client needs to its master server.

Ensure you have no firewall rule that is preventing an outgoing connection to the master server (listed in your console dump) and port 1224.

i've contact with my tech support, and they said that the port is opened... there are more ports to open?
What i can do to get this to work?

1224 is the only one for the master server.

Perhaps you cannot connect to the server? You should be able to connect to that IP and Port.

Hi,

Can you connect to the server via say telnet on port 1224?

We have other hosts online in the US1 domain which are working fine.

I'm having problems getting my GC client to connect to your master servers when my firewall is up. I have ports 1224 and 3579 added as TCP exceptions, but still won't connect. I turn off the firewall and I can connect.

Are you sure there aren't other ports being used that we need to open?
