Try this link for the COD launch script: http://mammoth.com.au/~andrew/temp/CoD2MP_launch.zip
I forgot we moved our Cod2 install away from our content server.
As for multiple IPs behind a router, yes you can do this.
Close down GameCreate Client on the host you want to set an IP for.
Then edit 'gamecreate.ini', and add (or update) a line to read as follows:
ip 123.123.123.123
Where 123.123.123.123 is the IP address you want that client to login under.
Once saved, start client again and it should login under your new IP address. |

wouldnt it use the same ports and cause a problem lets say this
HOST #1 INTERNAL IP - 192.168.1.1
Running ip 124.124.124.124
HOST #2 INTERNAL IP - 192.168.1.102
Running ip 134.124.124.124
they are still useing same TCP UDP ports and i can only foward port 27015 once!
like the game create client needs that port and that port is being used by a diffrent pc on that network change the ip it logins in under i dont think would bypass that port problem u know? or am i wrong? |

You can change which port game servers run on via the Server Configuration tab.
You can have multiple clients behind a router login to your GameCreate domain at the same time.
If you have two physical hosts behind a router, you would edit the other hosts gamecreate.ini file and do that 'ip 123.123.123.123' entry so the host logs in as a separate Host under your GameCreate Domain.
This should work fine I am thinking, if you have separate physical IPs for each host on your LAN (in this case, why are you using a router to mask them) you would need to try it yourself though or get advice from a network technician if its regarding port configurations. |

It connects to our master server on its own port yeah, but I don't believe it should matter since the client is making an outbound connection to the webserver, and your two computers behind the router will have different local ports and the router will know which communication is for which computer.
Just try running it and it should work fine. |

Call of duty2 works but the 2nd host in doesnt seem to connect to make this more clear ill try and explain it again. I have a router in witch the port u specified in this post
--------------------
TCP 1224 (master server) at a minimum.
TCP port 3579 if you intend to install games via GameCreate, files are fetched over http port 3579.
--------------------- http://www.gamecreate.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=707
Those ports are fowarded to HOST 1
but i have another pc on the network. Is there a way i can change that 1224 port so i can get HOST 2 on game create or another way this can be possible |

I'm not sure - Thats a networking issue, and I'm not a networking expert
Like I said before though, I thought it should just work since NAT should know what to do.
If you get it working great, if not, you will need another physical IP. |

Nope - 1224 is the REMOTE port, ie, the port the server is waiting to receive connections on - you cant change it.
Its also not one you would need to change. |
