Passive mode still doesn't work. The ports get blocked by my firewall and when I have to forward the random port range of the Linux client I'm pretty much opening whole of the TCP ports.
I don't want to put my firewall off either. Can't you implent a FTP server config or anything similar where you can define your PASV port range yourself? This is a big problem, because it neither accepts PORT mode, which it says is for 'security'. I'd rather have a lil less security and a working FTP then a blocked and no FTP at all..

I appreciate your work, but this is a bit frustrating to me atm.

Thanks already for looking into it.

Unfortunately at this time the ports are chosen at random.

Can I suggest for now allowing outbound ports to be permitted.
