Hi, my vent server has been down for hours, and is stuck on 'starting' - how do i get further support for this quickly? (assuming its possible).

I just bought another one, so the guild gets some sort of run - it worked for about 5 mins and now thats down too

Out network was DDoS attacked over the weekend which caused a lot of rental servers to have issues.

Send in a support request email and we will get you sorted out.
