I have now had a reply from support informing me that you do not remove accounts, and I would have to wait 3 months or something like that for the account to be removed due to inactivity.

I thought I would make a new account (ChatNSN Gamehosting)

However, I used the same logon details for my old domain without realizing it would cause a problem (surely the system should not allow that), and as a result, the software is logging into the old domain.

Is it possible just to get my logon name changed for the old domain so that I can use it to logon to the new domain, or can I get the logon name changed for the new domain?

My old domain is chatnsn.org.uk and my logon is chatnsn. My new domain is ChatNSN Gamehosting.
