Can setting the affinity for each server be added as a feature. This would be extremely useful as alot of the servers actually run properly only when a specific core or cpu is set. |

Hey,
Interesting idea.
Which games are you talking about that are more happy to be assigned to a specific CPU?
Also, I would assume the affinity would to be say 'span over 1 processor' - instead of 'Goto processor 1', as more than a few servers many spawn that want affinity assignment and you wouldnt want them all to lock onto the same processor I assume. |

Right, setting a specific processor or core would be ideal. I have noticed on my server that CounterStrike Source servers and BF2 maintain a steady FPS if they are set to a specific Processor or Core. I guess first you can implement it so people can set it manually. Eventually you could take the role of integrating an Intelligent Affinity feature which would
1. Direct servers to a processor or core that has less utilization dynamically (As a Processor/Core reaches its max it can be directed to the other)
2. Direct newly created servers to a Processor/Core that based on other server's affinity would balance utilization.
Hopefully this made sense, it's really late and my brain is fatigued |

You should know that some games will not work properly when you force a cpu/core to be used. |
