On Red Orchestra: Ostfront I am having several complaints from people stating that ucc.exe needs to be removed in order to work. I do not know exactly why this is as I do not own the game, but I believe that it is the wrong .exe currently or does not work with ucc.exe ucc server.

Edit:
I found the problem finally, it was from a mod they were installing. Gamecreate works fine, and I was even able to get gamecreate to play nice with it.

Are you running a linux or windows install of the server?

If you look in your command line ucc.exe is the executable file used to start a windows server.

The version on our master servers is up to date.
