I've tried to find the answer in Documentation and i couldn't find the answer to my question. Do i have to upload game files by myself on my host or the GameCreate does this for me?

GameCreate by default will download the necessary game files from one of our content servers when you go to install a game.

You can create your own custom content servers using the Content Server Support Files found in our downloads section.
