The DoD:S package has been updated, but is part of the orangebox.
That means if you want to install DoD:S you will also be installing the TF2 and GMod10 content. |

Do you currently have any plans to separate the packages in the orangebox
directory? Orangebox is the replacement-engine for srcds, and since the
games in srcds have been separated, it would make sense to do the same
for orangebox. I believe it would be smart to perform this switch as soon
as possible since the complexity is only getting bigger with more and
more games being released based on the orangebox engine. |

I had disabled the DoD:S beta package which created errors for a stack of people (sorry!)
It's been re-enabled and things should be back to normal.
The DoD:S servers you had running previously should update themselves to the orange box version and continue to run normally.
We are looking into separating the packages as soon as we can, but there are currently some outstanding issues with this, and we don't want to roll it out globally if it is going to cause more trouble for users. |
