For some reason gamecreate is stopping my vent server

getting this in the failure reports from the webpage

GameCreate stopped Kraken Vent.

happens every five mins or so, I checked and am up to date with payments etc

GameCreate stops servers automatically when a payment has failed. This is normally due to an out of date expiry date, or lack of funds in the account.

Check your credit card details, make sure they're up to date, and also make sure there are available funds.

my card was expired i didnt notice

put my new card details up will it just automatically be processed n start up again?

Yes, it'll start again by itself within an hour of updating your details.
