We are trying to install world at war on our box on the Game Create
but there are not dedicated server files for this game and on the patch it says this

License key is no longer required to run a Dedicated Server

we can not install the game because we get this error

You don't need a key to run the server, but the files aren't otherwise freely available, and as such we are not allowed to distribute them.

You can install the game manually on your host. Just make sure it goes into
the correct dir. Go to install it with GC, expand advanced options and check
that you already have the game installed. GC will then start to use it.
