how can i create a banlist where i can permaban all bad asses?

If you want to use the same banlist for all of your games that use Steam IDs, then you might want to use <gc:include> in your banned_users.cfg.

Thanks for that answer, but i dont know how to name the file
and make it working with that server.

The Problem is that i dont know in what form the list must be wirten.

?? so how should i write the file, whats the name and where to place it?

The file should be named

l4d/left4dead/cfg/banned_user.cfg

This will use the same ban list for all of your servers. You will need to populate and update the list in GameCreate each time you want a ban added, since files listed on that page will be read each time you start the server. (meaning any entries written to the file by the server itself will be lost on server restart unless you add them via the files page.)

The format in the file should look like the following

banid 0.0 STEAM_1:0:16248387 kick
banid 0.0 STEAM_0:0:36246889 kick
