I'm connected to my win2k box via terminal client. I have installed
gamecreate however when I launch it I get the following error:

gamecreate.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in
the dynamic link library dbghelp.dll

any ideas on how to fix this?

Try putting http://gamecreate.com/files/dbghelp.dll in your GameCreate installation folder.
