I can view the list of temp. servers I have for the booking, but I can't view the edit screen.

Hi Derrick,

Your 'edit' page is showing a blank page for me, which sounds like PHP is throwing a fatal error which is why the page is blank.

You should turn on PHP error warnings etc and see what PHP has to say about the problem.
