Trying to run a TF2 server after installing it. Gives me an error saying Failed to load the launcher dll: The specified module could not be found. Tried change +ip to match my LAN IP. I have 3 working CSS servers that run with no problem.

Can you try running the HLDS updater to see if the install is missing sometehing.

HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -dir . -game tf -verify_all

Try to start the game after that.

Into which directory are you installing TF2? Please make sure it is the same
dir as the one listed in the gamecreate log or gamecreate client window as
GC tries to start the server. As mentioned in this thread, the TF2 installation
is no longer in the srcds/orangebox-directory, but in the orange-box/orangebox
directory.
