Hello!

I've bought a new powerful rootserver and i want to migrate from the old host to a new one. Can i just copy the whole content of the old server onto the new one?

Yes that's fine.

If you've got the same IP on your new host as your old one, simply start GameCreate on your new host and it will login under the existing host in GameCreate.

If you have a new IP on the new host, and you don't want the old host anymore in GameCreate, you probably want to make the old host's servers run on your new host.

To do that, remove the new host from GameCreate if it exists in there.

Second, visit the Host Configuration screen for the old host and change its Primary IP from its current value to your new hosts IP.

Then start GameCreate on your new host, it will login under that host in GameCreate and your servers will start.
