I went under Games, Counter Strike 1.6, Files, and set the Default to No on every file but the server.cfg file. The folders amxx and amxmodx still pop back up after each server restart, with some empty folders inside of them but no actual files. I was looking for a way to totally remove the folders so they would not come back.

Thank You! Very Happy

This is done on our end by default, since we normally have amxx and amxmodx in the game package.

There's no way for you to stop it with GameCreate sorry.

I believe one or both of the mods may be out of date. I have had some problems with them until updating both to the newest version. If you need me to test some more or provide more details let me know and I will get to work.

There's a very high likelihood they are old versions in our repository.

We don't generally keep mods/plugins up to date in the packages.

What would be a good solution to this?
Choosing to manually install the software and to not keep it up to date?
Or does selecting to automatically keep it up to date not include plugin install?
I believe I have tried both and had problems with the mod files reappearing

Installing the updated version yourself shouldn't be overwritten by an old version in our package that might be there.

Updates to your install should only happen on what files and folders have changed since the last package build, unless you choose to verify the installation via GameCreate, in which case it would overwrite newer files you have installed.

The mod files will reappear because there is no way to delete them from the files page. You could always edit them in a way that renders them useless though.
