Nevermind, simply had another update going that was holding up the update for KF. Any way to have more then one update at a time? or to skip/cancel an old one?
Killing Floor released a patch, none of my KF servers are starting.

The updates are queued so it doesn't stress the webhost, rather than doing all updates on a host simultaneously.

Currently you can only cancel an update if it fails.
