I've been having trouble with the GC Linux client. This is what I've done so far:
- Downloaded the GC linux client
- Extracted it
- Ran the *.x86 file.

Here's what happens:

I run it, put in all the info correctly (yes, I did use the domain account and not my user account) and it keeps returning a "previous authorization failed" message and WON'T show up in my hosts list or ANYWHERE in my GC control panel.

If anyone could help me out with this issue, I'd be very thankful.

If you havn't checked already, make sure the firewall is allowing the connection. You can try to disable the firewall for testing and see if it connects then.

Check that there's only one instance of the client running on the host. This can cause this error.

Can you give us the output of the console when this is happening (instead of just the error itself) so we can get a better look, and let us know which client version you're using.

Hi,

Please make sure you are entering your *domain* login and password, you can find this on your 'Domain Configuration' tab.

Also make sure your host's IP address is not already in a different domain - if it is, you need to delete it from there first before trying to login to a different domain.
