The admin Remote Control by using teh control panel doesn't work.
But when i upload the Server Manager and use that the Remote control does work. What is causing this?

The control panel starts the server with BF1942_w32ded.exe but this standard BF1942_w32ded.exe doesn't have remote control function?

You need the BFServerManager from blackbeard for that...

The default install does work. We use it ourselves on a few servers we run over here.

There is no rcon control through the GameCreate panel itself.

You are still better off using the BFCC stuff from blackbox as you've found out though, as it's much more versatile than the standard rcon console.
