If you searched the forums you would have found the solution , but you didn't

Go to where your gamecreate client is located, then open gamecreate.ini

You need to add the line ip "your ip address"

Where it says your ip address you need to put your ip address.
Go on whatsmyip.org , then copy the ip at the top of the screen.
Then paste it.

Now your gamecreate.ini should say something like this

ip 93.267.16.4
