Into different folders?... Example:
Yo have 3 HDD
1. C:\
2. E:\
3. F:\
In C HDD Install
- Counter-Strike1.6
- Counter-Strike Condition Zero
- Counter-Strke Source
- Day Of Defeat
- Day Of Defeat Source
In E HDD Install
- Call Of Duty
- Call Of Duty 2
- Call Of Duty 4
- Call Of Duty 4 v2
In F HDD Install
- Battlefield 2
- Battlefield 2142
- Team Fortress
- Team Fortress 2
- TrackMania
- TeamSpeak 2 Server
- TeamSpeak 3 Server
- Ventrilo
- Mumble

You'd need to create a subdomain for each different install you want of a game.
It can't be done how adeward mentioned through GameCreate currently.
GC only supports using one directory as set in each host's configuration.
