Hi,

I'm trying gamecreate on centos linux, but it seems like I can't get it to work.

I can install gamecreate5.2.0
I can add the host
I can tell gamecreate to install games and create servers

Whenever I try to run Battlefield2, gamecreate tries to run start.sh. The problem is that there's no such file.
Also, gamecreate tell me that IL2 and arma2 got installed, but I can't start the servers. When I look into "il2" and "arma2" folders, there are only these files:
-arma2/server2702.cfg
-il2/confs.ini
-il2/il2server.bak
-il2/il2server.bat


any clue?

We aren't in the habit of keeping the linux files in the repository any more, or if they are there, keeping them up to date.

You'll need to manually install the linux server software yourself.

I thought gamecreate would spare me the file-hunting, install-headaches and update-checking.

I'll have to go the manual way.
