[ViperServers]

Hi guys!
I have had a server set up to use gamecreate for a few days, I came home today and it wasn't connected to gamecreate.
I RDP'd to the server to find the problem, and all appears to be fine with the server, except that it cannot contact either of the eu master addresses (eu1.master.gamecreate.com or eu2.master.gamecreate.com).
Is there an issue with the servers or is the problem my end?
Any help would be of great use!
