Pretty much nothing I do in the minecraft area of gamecreate has any effect on the server.

If i change the command line, it still launches the .exe in gui mode even if nogui is checked or unchecked.

Server port does not listen to what I tell it. It is still defaulting to the standard port.

Tried to add a manual configuration to fix that but it completely ignored my commands.
Basically, could you guys completely redo your minecraft implementation.

I've been running MC servers for almost a year now and so far this is the worst server system I've seen for it.
