How do i fix this error?

For some reason you have provided an 'ip' of n/a, login and password details as 'n/a', which are obviously not going to work.

Delete gamecreate.ini and start GameCreate Client again.

When prompted for your login information, enter the domain login details for your GameCreate Domain.

You can find this information on the 'Domain' tab.
