How am I suppose to make different amxx mods for each server? They are all running out of the same folder! When I tried to change each servers metamod.ini to a different directory, and made its own amxmodx folder, it erased and changed everything back as soon as I started server. How am I suppose to do this?

Not sure what you mean, the current amx setup should support individual servers fine.

It doesnt at all, what you should make it do, is run each server out of its own folder. Plus you have amxmodx version .16 when it is at 1.71 now. You need to make each server run out of its own folder, with cstrike addons and all that in its OWN folder. It should not be shared.

replace in the addons folder all latest version manualy !
And for different ini files you just change config with template config , it's simple and really easy to switch and launch different servers with differents configs.

hmm ever hear of the sub-domain feature lol. that puts all game servers in its own directory tree for each user.
