hi,
Im having a problem when setting up a password for ventrilo admin.
i enter a password then restart the server, but when it restarts it does not connect.
I then get Query Failure in the Failure Reports page.
I've left it for 15 minutes, tried again and I still get the same error. If I remove the password and restart the server it connects ok.
.....any ideas?

Which is your server?

Provide me a link to it and ill be able to have a look.

Hi.

Fixed your server.

You had edited the 'Server Config' and had placed invalid text/information in there, which was causing the server to not start because its configuration was invalid.

I reverted the configuration back to its default and the server is now working again.

You can change the admin password on the Configuration tab and restart the server if desired.
