Hi,

GameCreate is already exclusively licensed in Australia and New Zealand, and cannot be used to control game servers in these regions.

Is the host you are attempting to have GameCreate login with in AU (as indicated by the error message)?

If so, you cannot use GameCreate - sorry.

Do you have a resolver on your OS? GameCreate cant resolve the IP address of the master server.

Open up gamecreate.ini (you should fix the resolve problem though) and edit the: master-ip line to have just an IP address, eg:

master-ip 123.123.123.123

Where 123.123.123.123 is the IP eu1.master.gamecreate.com resolves to for you.

Hi.

Try showing us the contents of your /etc/resolv.conf (type 'cat /etc/resolv.conf').

Also try pinging eu1.master.gamecreate.com

Did you figure this one out? We've been having the
same problem with Got ip of '' for eu1.master.gamecreate.com,
but for us it worked to insert the resolved IP. Funny
thing is that there's no problem with resolving the
IP from the host. Also, the host next to it on the
network has no such problems. Could be a weird
local configuration issue.
