For some reason GameCreate Client does not have permission to run the server?

Did you install our version of the game? You need a special Cod2mp_launch.exe file.

Simply install the game via GameCreate (if you already have files in the directory its installing to, it will check if they are the same md5sum/version as the ones its going to download, and skip downloading them if necessary).

i used my install of cod2 on the server.

i just tried to install using gamecreate and got this error

Which GameCreate Client version were you using for that previous console output?
