the accoutn is belkihost ltd, in europe, i have installed many games on more than 1 host yet every time the server does not start, the game is installed fine but failed to start, please could you take a look at this or give me some advice,

When that finishes, the game server will start.

Your game host is not running GameCreate Client (check its Overview page, its offline).
