[Reality]

Basically, been using GameCreate for a while now, ive been trying to install bf2, with no success, but that is another matter. I dont know what i may have done but, now if a server is exited (or i try to even start one up) i get the following error:

LOG: Sun Sep 10 04:38:01 2006: SSL >> ACK: STARTFAILED error=Could+not+chmod%28%2Froot%2Fgamecreate%2Fhlserver%2Fhlds_run%29%3A

i have tried doing chmod +x on all the folders etc
and chmod 7777 -R folder but still nothing is working, any help would be much appreciated.
