Hello,
I'm tring to remove a host server. I removed all the gamecreate software from the server and it still wont remove the host from my game create as a host. any ideas as I need to get this done as soon as possible. my url is www.newbreedhosting.gameserv.com

Hi.

What error message do you receive when you attempt to remove the host?

Be sure you have removed all servers and uninstalled all software from the host.

I am having the same problem i belive its because we did not remove all the games and server then the software we simply deleted all the GC files from the server now it not possible to remove it from the web.

We made changes a few days ago which allows you to remove hosts without uninstalling/removing servers (this seemed redundant - your trying to remove a host).

Try again.

i am looking to remove a host but i see no options or place to remover the host from on the host tab

Click on the Hosts tab, then click 'Remove a host' on the top left menu.

Be sure you are logged into your top level domain (not a subdomain, hosts cannot be controlled within a subdomain) and that you have the appropriate permission.

there is no option to remove a host in the top left all i see is a list of the hosts.

Are you sure you cannot see the URL? If you cant, its a bug.

Visit http://team989.us.gamecreate.com/admin/

Click on 'Hosts' on the top right of the page.

On the far left, you should see a 'Remove an existing host' link.

If this is not the case, can you take a screenshot of your page so I can see what it looks like?

I just wanted to tag on here, I am not seeing the link either, but when i went to the direct link above at admin/DeleteHost.aspx I could remove the host =) Thanks!
