i'd like to give a user permission to restart a server, but only if i havent stopped it myself, (ie only restart it for whatever reason or if it crashes)

how can i do this?

You cant - You can only give them 'Control' access which will start/stop/restart it.

GameCreate automatically restarts crashed servers though.
