Hey guys --
I am having a problem with FTP. It used to work until about a week ago, and no one can connect. It is enabled on my domain (fire-fight) but when users try to log in I see the game create client say this:

Sometimes our master server has some issues and cannot respond fast enough to a few queries - in this event, auth will timeout.
Its only a problem at your end if the authentication URL (if you use external authentication) pointing to your website takes too long to load (eg, 10+ seconds).
